For weeks, Britney Spears hasn't been seen without photographer beau Adnan Ghalib by her side. But this weekend, he was nowhere to be found - and now reports are surfacing that she's filed a restraining order against him!

X17online.com says two of their cameramen were invited into Brit's home last night, where she revealed that she wants Adnan "out of her life." The agency says Brit is upset about being "set up" by Adnan in photographs.

After pouring champagne and smoking cigarettes, Britney and pal Sam Lufti showed the paparazzi papers they claimed to be proof of the order. However, there are reports that no such order was issued with the LAPD or the Sheriff's Department.

Still, Adnan seems to be out of the loop. He fired off a letter to his agency, FinalPixx, saying he had no idea Brit and Sam were turning against him.

"All I can say is that I have not been in contact with Britney since early Friday morning. The reason being, that I have has to attend a family funeral in Santa Barbara," he said. "My phone has been off during this time out of respect for my family. I am only now becoming aware of what is being said. I hope to be back home in Los Angeles soon and to be in contact with Miss Spears."
