Britney Spears has actually shown up for a deposition!

The troubled pop star, who arrived hours late at last month's deposition, drove to the offices of K-Fed's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan with pal Sam Lufti. She stayed for about two hours before speeding back to her Beverly Hills home.

The last time Britney gave a deposition it lasted barely 15 minutes and the day ended with her hospitalization.

Brit, 26, is expected to be questioned on everything from her parenting skills to drug and alcohol abuse in her ongoing battle with K-Fed. She currently has no visitation rights to see Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.
