Britney Spears is a victim of success, some young people know how to deal with it and have support of real friends and real parents who guide them. The worst part of the kind of exposure she had was the way the press hounded her. I blame them most of all. If she behaved normally they would not be interested in her at all but because she displayed bad behavior that made her popular. I feel very sorry for her, if she were my daughter she would have gotten more support and interest in her welfare rather than her popularity as a star icon. I hope you can get better soon and learn to live a normal life. Try it you may like it.

Britney is sooo spoiled and doesn’t care about anyone or anything except herself…she loves the camera’s etc.

She should lose everything she has and help the victims in Katrina or help all the lost dogs and cats out there…or maybe she should see what the Real World is all about….living paycheck to paycheck…can’t afford heat or groceries for your kids….etc..She just blows money, drugs, drinks etc. And she is a disgrace to all the Mother’s out there. Get a life Britney….learn what it is to be a real human being…

I had a brother on drugs and I tried to help him. He hated me, wouldn’t talk to me and resented me. I never gave up hope. He died leaving two children. I believe Brittney’s parents have tried to help her and I know they love her, but sometimes it comes to a point where bad things will happen no matter what you try and do for your family.

Brittany, I feel truely sorry that so many people,and problems are causeing you grief. If I could help you get away from it all for awhile I would.I’m a mother of two boys,who are both grown now,but I still worry about them. Although I don’t know what your feelings are,I think you need to take a vacation,you seem to work way to hard for your age,so slow down,take a breath,and enjoy your life. I feel so sorry for this young mother..has any one stopped to think maybe she went thru post pardom?? this is real and with out help with it or even knowing you are going thru it it is damagin …..Poor young woman god bless her and take care of her …maybe paople should back off her and help instead of tryin to make money off her

I have a daughter that went through what britney is and its like watching my life all over again her family can not help her she has to get the right medication and take it or she will never be straight again. i pray for her every day as i lived this life and hope god watches over her.

72 hour emergency hold is hardly “voluntary”, and look at the picture ! The police are tightly holding on to Britney. Forced admitance is more like it. She is not psycho, she is just stressed. Anyone who has been through a difficult relationship, divorce, and especially a custody fight where your kids are taken on top of all the garbage from her manager and others would be stressed. She is only in her 20’s and this is all overwhelming for her. If she has psych issues it all started with her parents pushing her so hard into the entertainment industry when she was young and not letting her have enough normal “child development time”.

She does need some alone time, but in a peaceful FREE place like an island resort or something.

i beleive the family knows whats best , they have known britt her whole life , . and i also think that her mom bringing the pho tog alan , whatever his name was for her best to , she has already lost what is so important to her over and over again . so for you people out there to voice opinions . well step up and be in her shoes with out the money , might change your mind ,I just wish her and her family the best , and for the record her songs remain the same all good

i think britney should try to get away somewhere where no one knows where she except her mom and really reflect on life and get some much needed peace and quiet because i think its everyone always bothering her and folowing her every minute and every second of her life thats driving her insane, i know if i was in her shoes that would drive me insane.

I’m sick of Brittany’s stuff. She is 26 years old and has two beautiful boys, if she cares about those two boys she would get help. I have 19 year old, who is bipolar eight months pregnant, and not thinking clearly since Friday. I have not idea where she is.

I can’t figure out why her family hasn’t taken control of the situation already. It has gone on too long and it will end badly if they (family) do not step in and take control of Brtitney’s mental well being. She desperatly neeeds an intervention and she needs to get the heck out of LA - FAST..

Britney needs the help of people who truly care and stand to gain nothing by getting her the help she needs. That means everyone but her mother, father, and doctor, need to get the F*** away from her. So Sam and Adnad, or whatever his fricking name is, need to be forbidden to see her until further notice. They are the ones who stand to lose everything without her.The fighting over her is making things worse. The best people to make the decisions for her while she is incapacitated are her mother and her father…Period!
