Britney Escapes Home, Surfaces in Palm Desert

Britney Spears was able to elude the swam of photographers outside her L.A. home today for a trip to Palm Desert with photographer Adnan Ghalib, according to reports.

Brit, who was released from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center yesterday morning, showed up at the Daily Grill restaurant, where she reportedly swigged champagne and shared an hourlong breakfast.

X17online.com reports that Britney is now at Santa Monica's Shutters Hotel with the photog, whom she has been spotted with recently. The two even reportedly spent New Year's Eve together with her two sons.

Meanwhile, Dr. Phil, who met with Britney just before her release, is promising to reveal more details about their intimate conversation. He is insisting that Brit is "in dire need" of help.

i think all the media and paparazzi
should all leave her alone she has done nothing.
She had Started young and so is her sister. they both need a break
not so much jamie lynn.
but britney needs a massive break
or she will kill herself.
all of her family should be sticking buy her
it is not fair what they are doing.

it’s time that Britney takes control of her own life. what happened this past weekend is a wake-up call, not for her family, but the Hollywood community as well. She needs to get help or else.
