As reports circulate that David Hasselhoff and Pamela Bach have reached a divorce settlement, is their battle finally over?

It depends on who you believe!

A rep for Bach told "Extra," "Despite published reports, a settlement has not been reached nor finalized. Once David returns from vacation and elects to attend the next scheduled meeting -- which to date, he has not been present at any -- a settlement may be reached."

But Hoff's people disagree, saying it's a done deal. As proof, they even sent "Extra" the signatures from what they claim is the page from the settlement.
