Britney Spears will give sworn testimony in a deposition in her custody battle with Kevin Federline in court today, according to reports.

A mind-numbing crush of paparazzi is expected to appear outside K-Fed’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan’s L.A. office this morning.

Brit, 26, is reportedly set to answer questions – under oath – on everything from drug and alcohol use, parenting and her failure to follow court orders.

The deposition, which Kaplan has been trying to obtain for nearly a year, is the next step toward a permanent custody agreement for Britney, K-Fed and their two little boys.

Brit has just two daytime visits a week, plus one overnight visit, with Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1. All visits must be under the supervision of a court-appointed monitor.
