Did Paris Hook Up with Stavros Again?

Is Paris Hilton back with her ex, Stavros Niarchos?

The heiress and the Greek shipping heir reportedly met up for a night of clubbing, but Page Six is reporting that Stavros "wasn't interested."

Instead, there are new reports that Stavros has hooked up with Lindsay Lohan again. Lohan recently split with her skateboarding beau Riley Giles, whom she met in rehab. Stavros was once linked to Mary-Kate Olsen.
