No Charges Against Brandy

"Extra" has learned that no charges will be filed against Brandy. Brandy was involved in a car crash in December 2006 which took the life of Awatef Aboudihaj. This announcement comes after reports surfaced that Brandy may have been a victim of a car pileup and not the cause of the accident.

Official statement from Frank Mateljan, Press Deputy:

"The City Attorney's Office has decided not to file misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter charges against Brandy Norwood in the case stemming from a December 30, 2006 traffic collision. After conducting a thorough investigation, which included consulting with some of the top accident reconstruction experts in the country, City prosecutors concluded that there was insufficient evidence from which a jury could find Ms. Norwood guilty of such a charge beyond a reasonable doubt."

Wonderful news for Brandy. She said she was not drinking, not on a cell phone and the traffic there sucks anyway. Blessings go out to the family of the victim, but I am happy Brandy can now work towards moving from this awful nightmare.

Praise your Lord Brandy, raise your daughter and Live the best life you can. This is your second chance .

This is such great news for her. Many people across the country wrongfully accused her of being a murderer. Typical in America. She’s had to unfairly live a whole year under a cloud of suspicion. Now that reports have surfaced that she was not the first person to hit a vehicle.

The press spent so much time blsting that she killed someone, but they’re doing no such thing in retracting that statement. Total garbage.

Those law suits should be dropped also. She should beat them, considering the fact that, not only was she not found guilty by a jury, but that the case was never even sent to trial.
