Everybody makes mistakes

I’ve got a question. A lot of these are blaming Jamie. Isn’t it just as much Casey’s fault? Or the comment that parents should control their daughters? First off, parents should control all their children, not just their daughters. Second off, not all kids are like this. You only hear about the kids doing stuff like this, but there are kids who do the right things.

I personally think that Jamie-Lynn messed up, but everyone makes mistakes and I really think she’s better than her sister. At least she isn’t showing every ounce of clevage she owns to the world. I’m really glad she’s keeping the baby and I think it’s pretty stupid that Casey can be arrested for sleeping with his girlfriend. This happened to one of my brother’s friends. I’m wishing the best for Jamie, Casey, and their baby.

She absolulely has set a bad example not just for her fans but every kid in America. This story has received so much media attention that even if you had never heard of her before you now know who she is and what she has done. I thank God my daughter is too young to comprehend the enormous mistake this girl has made. Her career is OVER!! The media might have saved her had she been a little older but now I believe most parents are going to shy their children away from a teenage mother of a bastard child who is the sister of that tragic nightmare Britany. I can not comprehend how she did not learn anything from her sisters mistakes, I had hoped for so much more from her. Her mother should be ashamed of herself and that book, what a joke. I wonder if mommy is as supportive now that her book has been cancelled.

well i’m kinda happy for her… i know that she could have waited a little longer, but scence she didn’t she has to take responsability and i wish her the best and hopefully she woun’t end up like her sister Brittany.

I think with all the attention on her sister, she had noone else to turn too. She is young and saw the hurt and pain her mother is going through with Britney and feels now that her mother will be able to be a real “grandmother” to a baby that she loves,instead of playing cat and mouse with her twisted sister, Britney

She sees the crap her poor sister is going thru, with her kids and kevin, you would have thought she would of wanted to prevent a pregnancy rather than pursue it. I mean come on. They have enough to deal with(Britney). But i could see this being totally fake as well.

What is her mom teaching and she’s dating someone is 19 isn’t she a minner.My mom taught me about bithcontol when I was 14.I guess her mom didn’t teach her well.

i think she should have kept it a secret. tell everyone she was going to london to take a semester in school or something. she has the money. her tellig everyone has jsut gotten her into a deeper hole.
now people will think of her poorly and her career is crushed. and her boyfried is now being accused of rape.

why dont these people with money take it to its full advantage?

im tired of everyone saying oh shes screwed up her life. and shes such a bad example. ONE a bad example would be for her to have the kid and not take care of it . if you look into biblical times mary was only 16? not saying that the situation is simalar .but dont judge the damn girl because shes having a kid. and you cant blame the parents either because weither there living together or not it still could have happened. another thing is if you were here would you want people bashing on you for a difficult decision like this you had to make?

I think what Jamie is doing and what she did is none of anyones business. And it’s her choice what she is going to do. I support her all the way, and am glad she is keeping the baby.

You can take the girls out of the trash, but not the trash out of the girls. Hollywood is full of a bunch of hipocrites.

I really did respect Jamie Lynn. I mean yeah she messed up bad. But that doesn’t mean we have to up and hate her. Yeah, she’s set a very bad example for young girls.

But she’s not the only 16 year-old that got “knocked up”. She’s just following every other girl she’s seen. If we’re going to stop our children from having children, we need raise up our children right. Check up on them every now and then no matter if they say we’re nosy.

If her mother was nosy, she would’ve found out had would’ve stopped Jamie from getting pregnant.

its kinda sad i feel bad

i can’t believe her. i guess her role on Zoey 101 threw me off a bit, being the sweet, smiling young lady that she is there. I would have never thought she would end up pregnant. i hope this sends a message to her family that they need to CONTROL their daughters and the rest of the family.
I feel bad for Nickelodeon and their [now probably cancelled] hit tv show.
