Who Would You Spend One More Day With?

Oprah's new TV movie, "One More Day," has prompted the hottest stars to contemplate a very deep question. Last night at CNN Hero’s Awards, "Extra" asked several celebs: “If you could spend one more day with a person from your past, who would it be?”

Fresh off her three Grammy nominations, Mary J. Blige offerered a somber response. “My cousin. He died when he was 16," she revealed. "He was shot in the chest and I didn’t get a chance to se him. I was in London.”

But both Sheryl Crow and Tyra Banks stayed in the present.

Brit, who turned 26 with Paris by her side last weekend, reportedly threatened the heiress with a sex tape showing her kissing another woman! She then supposedly sent a signed letter to Paris explaining that she'd better stop being "rude," or she'll release the tape on the Internet.

But today, Paris' peeps tell "Extra" the story is "not true."

Larry Birkhead Takes Dannielynn Shopping

Single dad Larry Birkhead got ready for Christmas by taking baby daughter Dannielynn on a shopping trip yesterday, but the excursion turned into paparazzi chaos.

Though he was surrounded by paps as he maneuvered through the streets, he did manage to indulge the cameramen with a peek at Dannielynn's presents.

X-17online.com caught the proud dad pulling out a pair of tiny pink shoes, all covered in glitter.

Teri Hatcher Fights Lawsuit in Court

Teri Hatcher tells "Extra" that a judge has called the insinuations from Hydroderm's lawsuit against her “character assassination” of the “worst kind.”

Yesterday, Hatcher filed a legal response after the cosmetic company filed a $2.8 million lawsuit. Hyrdroderm claims that Hatcher has breached her agreement by providing endorsement services to its competitors.

But Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Helen Bendix sided with Hatcher, denying Hydroderm early access to her business records.

“Extra” has obtained a statement from Hatcher’s representative stating, “Ms. Hatcher has not entered into any agreement with any other cosmetic or skincare companies or otherwise authorized or permitted any competitors of (Hydroderm) to use her name, likeness or celebrity in the promotion of products...Ms. Hatcher has done absolutely nothing wrong and has been ready, willing, able and eager to perform.”

Kanye West Leads Grammy Nominations

Kanye West is leading the pack in Grammy nominations, receiving a total of eight nods.

Other top nominees announced today include Amy Winehouse with six, the Foo Fighters, Jay-Z, Rihannna, Paul McCartney, T-Pain and Timbaland.

Kanye and Amy will battle Beyonce, the Foo Fighters, Rihanna and Justin Timberlake for record of the year.

Country queen Carrie Underwood has been nominated for song of the year with "Before He Cheats," but she'll compete with Corrine Bailey Rae, The Plain White T's and Rihanna in the category.

In the best new artist category, Amy Winehouse is up against Feist, Paramore, Taylor Swift and Ledisi.
