You all are being very inconsiderate. These woman did the right thing by calling 911. Who are you’ll to call someone “an idiot or stupid” you have no room to talk you were not in there position. The woman who called was actually very calm. she may not have done the best job but she did the best that she could under the circumstances. With people around her scream, crying, and just going crazy. i think you all need to shut your mouths… If its you time to go then its your time to go.

holy hell…the woman on the phone needs to be sued NOW. if she would have shut up for 1 minute & listened to what the TRAINED 911 operator had to say, Donda West might still be alive. that’s awful.

why does someone bother to call 911 and then not listen or talk or answer any of the questions they’re being asked? seriously. that woman’s life could have been saved if they hadn’t spent 8 minutes talking to each other and actually listened to the dispatcher. I do sympathize with the west family. it’s a very sad event but if the woman on the phone couldn’t handle it, she should’ve passed the phone on to someone who could.

These women were in complete shock, yes they screwed up, and i am sure that when they hear themselves now they realize that they acted like idiots on the phone. But, as the devil’s advocate, i have been in the situation where my loved one was hurt, and i was calling 911, it is not equal to calling someone for directions to the store, your brain is in explosion, your heart is tearing and you cant take your eyes off the person you love, your heart is beating 150-180, adrenaline, tears, you get into a feeling of floating. It is a very difficult situation.

To the Extra staff member who posted this, that is the most disrespectful act that could be done. While someone is mourning the passing of their loved one, you put this call online to for all to hear their last moments. Out of respect for the West family, you or someone with a power of authority should have not let this happen. I highly recommend that it be removed from the site. If it were your mother, would you want all to hear? I seriously doubt it.

The operator done a wonderful job!! all they had to do was fricken stop calm down and listen to the man!! she may still be alive!! goddess!!!!!!

I feel bad for the family that this was posted at all but man, if those woman had just shut up and listened to the dispatcher, maybe they could have saved her life.
I realize what it’s like to panic in this situation but you have to try to remain calm and just listen to what they are telling you.
My prayers are with Kanye and his family.

OMG why are these women so ignorant to know that they are not listening. They are panicking and killing their friend. I feel terrible that EXTRA is actually playing this tape and I sympathize with the West family. If her friends would have remained calm this could have been avoided.
