Child Services Investigating Brit for Child Abuse Allegations

Child welfare investigators are investigating "multiple child abuse and neglect" allegations in the custody battle between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline, new court documents reveal.

Among the 300 hundred pages of documents released yesterday was a legal filing revealing that there are concerns for Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, when they are left in Brit’s care.

Though the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services mentioned investigating referrals relating to K-Fed, the documents don't provide details.

The document is a request by the department asking for access to sealed documents in Brit’s custody battle to aid their ongoing investigation. The court granted the request on Nov. 26, but Britney had asked the court to seal the custody and visitation schedules because of the risk that “the media could threaten the safety of the children by, for example, causing a traffic accident."

Britney and Kevin head to court again Jan. 23.

EVERYONE has turn there heads when it comes to K-fed. All reports are of Britney only, even the Court seems to keep his ORDERED classes HUSH hUSH, people also forget that K-fed has a DRUG problem. Most of all K-fed doesn’t have a JOB. Dont the Courts believe, that every father should have a job ? especially if said father has 4 kids to support?? It seem HIGHLY UNFAIR that Britney’s Money should be supporting someone elses KIDS which are not her’s ?

It’s about time someone deciding to investigate not only Britney But K-fed ALSO, EVERYONE has turn there heads when it comes to K-fed. This is a woman who does not deserve to have her children. Kevin Federline is not the greatest either. I am sick of all Britney. Who cares? Focus on better news on Madonna’s adoption and her quest to help underprivileged in Malawi. She does not even have the greatest voice at all. Sorry, but true.
