Toby Keith: ‘I Can’t Keep New Year’s Resolutions’

Country star Toby Keith has been one busy cowboy this holiday season, cranking out a CMT Christmas concert and a double holiday CD.

Now Toby says he’s also co-writing a new road romp movie he’ll star in next year.

“Pretty funny stuff, real good Southern movie,” he tells “Extra.”

But right now, Toby’s focused on those always troubling New Year’s resolutions.

“I’ve broken so many New Year’s resolutions that they all end up turning into country songs!” he jokes. “They all involve drinking, all kinds of gambling.”
