A judge issued a warrant for the arrest of Dr. Jan Adams, the man who operated on Kanye West's mother, Donda, before she died.

An L.A. County Superior Court judge issued the warrant because Dr. Adams didn't show up for a scheduled hearing regarding another malpractice suit.

A woman sued Dr. Adams after he left a sponge in her following surgery and won a judgment in excess of $100,000. Today, the surgeon was ordered to appear in an L.A. courtroom to examine his assets. Because he was a no-show, the judge issued the $30,000 civil warrant.

Today, however, Dr. Adams made arrangements to pay the money. The warrant has been dropped
