I think Karina was beautiful before she had her nose done. Personally I think that was a special thing that made her look like her. I think that although it was relatively a small change it has really changed her looks. Granted she still looks very good it’s almost too much of a change. She lost that little unique thing that made her look.

Her chin? Aside from the repair work she needed on her nose, there was not a thing wrong with her appearance. She has a beautiful face and smile, and a perfect dancer’s physique. She has a beautiful face especially now that she had her nose repaired. She is also extremely talented and an expert at what she does. After the rhinoplasty she still looks like herself though- the doctor did a great job!! Mario, when are you going to make an honest woman out of Karina??
