Jennifer Love Hewitt and her boyfriend, Scottish actor Ross McCall, are ready to walk down the aisle.
Her rep confirms to "Extra," "She got engaged last week."
The former "Party of Five" star, 28, and Ross, 32, have been dating for almost two years.
Ross, who co-starred in HBO's 2001 miniseries "Band of Brothers," appeared in one episode of Jennifer's show "Ghost Whisperer."
No wedding date has been set.

After showing the horrible paparazzi following Britney into Target, Starbucks and Barnes and Nobles and seeing how it was irritating (to say the least) to Ms. Spears, how could you say she enjoys the paparazzi, but Farrah Facet doesn’t.
