Britney Surprised with Legal Papers
Britney Spears has been slapped with legal papers from her former manager, who is accusing her of owing him thousands of dollars in back commission.
The singer was slammed with the lawsuit while she tried to leave a Beverly Hills medical facility yesterday. As she slipped into her white Mercedes, the papers were thrown through a window and landed on the passenger seat.
As “Extra” reported yesterday, Brit is being sued by Johnny Wright, who managed Britney from 1999 to 2003. He says Britney owes him more than $15,000.
Meanwhile new court documents in Britney Spears’ custody battle reveal the girl likes to spend.
“Extra” has obtained her financial declaration showing that each month she spends hundreds of thousands of her $737,000 monthly income.
The pop star spends $49,267 in mortgage for two homes, $16,000 for clothes, $4,758 on food and $102,000 on entertainment, gifts and vacation. She doesn’t save any of it, and she spends nothing on education and investments. She does, however, give $500 a month to charity.
She pays Kevin Federline $15,000 per month in child support and $20,000 in spousal support. Those spousal support payments end Nov. 15.
As for K-Fed, his expenses are nothing in comparison.
He spends $7,500 per month in rent, $6,000 in security and $2,000 for clothes. He also spends about $5,000 on entertainment, gifts and vacation and just $1,500 eating out.
Kevin earned more than $500,000 in 2006 from entertainment and endorsement deals, but after business expenses he grossed just $7,436. He also made $3,300 in royalties for his 2006 debut rap song, “Popozao.”
Britney will be spending some cash on home improvement this month, as the court has ordered her to build a fence around her pool. She must show proof that she’s child-proofed her home by today.
Today Kevin’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan tells “Extra” that Britney is doing her best for the kids, revealing, “She has made efforts to have people professionally childproof those homes.”
Kaplan also revealed that she and Kevin are making holiday plans with the boys.
“Kevin has no desire to take these children out of her life,” Kaplan insists.

You know what guys we don’t have to care about what she is going through to her life right now. I dont care about the custody between her and K-Fed. All I know is just i LOVE her songs. Im just 17 years old but i feel every beat of her songs that she made. Her story is always been told in one, two, three songs. Media are just putting negative issues everyday about her. All we have to do right now is just to support her especially her music. IM NOT FORCING YOU but this is the only thing we can share to her. Music is only her excuse and make those problems became positive around her.
