Britney Spears' pal Sam Lufti has been subpoenaed by Kevin Federline's lawyer, "Extra" has confirmed.
People reports that Lufti will be questioned in January in the ongoing custody battle. Lufti was reportedly supposed to appear today in court, but did not. His deposition has been rescheduled for January.
In August, Lufti was served with legal papers in a dramatic show-down. He tried to avoid getting served by ex-Israeli commando Aaron Cohen, but he reportedly ran his Mercedes-Benz into Cohen's Range Rover as he tried to escape.

You definitely have the right topic on Sam Lufti being subpoenaed and his negative attitude of refusal back in August the first time when he tried to ram his car into the server. In the last attempt by Kaplan’s server Lufti let it drop to the ground, but that is still legal when it lands on a persons feet. Yea! Sam Lufti and Ali Sims have been Britney’s enablers for the most part of this year and I feel have led in her attention seeking and erratic behavior. Although you can’t blame Sims or Lufti for all of Britney’s failures they clearly are in it for the money and publicity and have abetted in shoving aside the two precious toddler boys. Kaplan is an excellent attorney and has proven Fedlerline to be an excellent and caring father—-not just a gold digger.
