Brit Runs Over Photog's Foot - Again

Britney Spears has done it again.

The pop star appeared to run over a photographer’s foot outside the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, causing the man to scream in pain. At the time of the mishap, she was swarmed with paparazzi as she maneuvered her white Mercedes through the crowd. X17online.com captured Brit looking horrified as she sped off.

This is the third time Brit has hit someone with her car. Last month, she ran over a photographer’s foot as she was leaving a medical facility in Beverly Hills. Next was a deputy outside the L.A. courtroom where she had her custody battle.

Later in the night, paparazzi caught Britney texting on her phone as she drove through L.A. with one hand on the wheel. At times she took her eyes completely off the road to glance at her cell!

Cameras also caught Brit with bright-red, inflamed lips – looking as if she had just had lip injections.

Brit's latest driving disaster comes amid rumors of a second failed drug test and the cancellation of her latest music video shoot. Today, Brit scrapped plans to film the video for “Piece of Me” in L.A. tomorrow.

While Brit’s not saying whether this second alleged failed test was the reason she decided to cancel, there are new reports addressing an earlier alleged failure in which Brit tested positive for amphetamines.

Brit’s people say it’s a false-positive and are now blaming that result on the drug Adderall, which treats Attention Deficit Disorder. Adderall is an amphetamine, unlike Provigil and Albuterol, the first two prescription drugs Brit’s people tried to pin the alleged positive test on.

Whatever the truth, tomorrow’s court hearing in her custody battle will surely be a hot topic.

K-Fed's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan requested the emergency hearing, reportedly to address Brit's driving issues. Kaplan has asked that Brit not be allowed to drive with her kids. Last week, cameras caught Brit running a red light with Sean Preston and Jayden James in the car.

I feel that in order for Britney to make an offical come back as a celebrity
she needs to stay away from the paparazi and off the tv for once and take time off with her kids.
I feel that if she continues to be seen as a recklas person she might try something crazy or even worse herself(suicidal attemps.)

People are always spewing crap about every move Britney Spears does.The pap got what he deserved.I’d stayed on his foot just another moment longer…to remind him to BACK THE HELL OFF!As far as her taking her eyes off the road for a split second to look at her cell phone-who the hell doesn’t?I’ve ran a red light before,not intentionally,but I’m sure Britney and I aren’t the only people in America who has.She’s only human,and although the haters may be perfect,and we’re so glad you are…some of us are not perfect.The media is always making a mountain out of a mole hill with every little thing this woman does.Another thing…it’s NO ONES BUSINESS if she had her lips injected.We are always hearing how she spends her money and doesn’t save.She earned it,it’s her business how she chooses to spend it or save it.That Shar chick needs to get over the fact that useless K-Fed left her for Britney.That’s water under an old bridge.She should be feeling happy she got rid of him and feel sorry for Britney for ever letting this useless d***hebag into her life.

Can someone just please slap some sense into this train wreck & get her off the road. It’s her own fault for insisting on driving herself & going to places where it is easy for them to hound her. She needs to smarten up and take some personal responsibilty. You don’t see every minute of other bigger celebs days on camera. I think she actually likes the attention. If she doesn’t wake up she’ll end up broke,childless, and god who knows what.
And don’t even get me started on that piece of over dubbed digitally enhanced craptacular new record of hers.

They are getting paid (overpaid) for these, and I say this for all the stars who are always being hounded by them. yes, be carefull, drive with caution and please no texting while driving!!

How can it be possible that 25 people(losers really) with flashing cameras, can crowd around someone trying to drive and it be ok. This is so ridiculous and has gotten out of hand. I don’t agree with most of the way this girl conducts her life, but their is only so much some one can be pushed before going over the edge. Does it make all of the rest of us feel better about our lives to witness someone destroy themselves in front of us. It doesn’t make mine feel better and I say something be done about the paparazzi, they are scumbags!!
