“Extra” has confirmed that Brad Garrett’s divorce from his wife of seven years, Jill Diven, has been finalized.

Court documents show that the couple will share joint legal and physical custody of their kids Max, 9, and Hope, 7. The “Til Death” star will pay $20,000 per month in child support and $35,000 in spousal support.

Garrett, 47, and former cocktail waitress Jill, 43, split in 2006.
