Report: Britney Regains Visitation Rights

Britney Spears has regained the right to visit her kids, “Extra” has learned.

According to People, Brit was seen driving around Los Angeles today with sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, in the backseat. What appeared to be a court-appointed monitor was sitting in the front.

Just Wednesday a judge stripped Britney of visitation for the second time, but on Friday, Kevin Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan told “Extra” that he expected Britney’s rights to be reinstated “fairly soon,” perhaps before their next court date. He added that Kevin is not trying to keep Britney from the kids, but rather he wants the boys to be "in a structured environment."

Both Britney and Kevin will head to court on Oct. 26.

I do not understand why Brittney is out every single day of the week. Being a good mom means staying home with her sons. Make sure they get naps and eat properly, and play games with them. Britney stay home!!!!!

I actually feel bad for Brittney. Every moment seems to be caught on camera. Why can’t you people leave this poor girl alone? This young lady is at the lowest point in her life, she doesn’t need cameras on her every second. Leave this child alone!

Like Kevin even has room to talk. Those
boys dont have a PERFECT “structured” environment while in his care either.
And like HE would pass any of those
“drug test” that Brittney took recently. And, why WONT the judge order Kevin to under-go “drug-testing. Did TWO WRONGS ever make a RIGHT, if so, I guess I missed it. Its like, While Kevin “shucks” corn, the JUDGE dont care. (JUDGE AWARDS “KEVIN FATHERLINE” IN CHILD CUSTODY BATTLE DUE TO TAKING MUCH BETTER DRUGS).
