Owen Wilson Makes First Public Appearance

Owen Wilson briefly appeared at last night's premiere of his film "The Darjeeling Limited," stepping out for the first time since his attempted suicide.
Owen's friends and co-stars gave him a warm welcome at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Beverly Hills, where the film was screened. Director Wes Anderson introduced Owen as his "best friend," and called him "somebody I've never made a movie without and hope to never make a movie without."
The audience applauded as Owen took the stage, looking happy and healthy in a dark suit and white shirt. Instead of speaking, Owen stood proudly next to fellow co-stars Jason Schwartzman, Natalie Portman and Anjelica Huston. After the screening, Owen was reportedly seen hugging other actors.

Hey Owen,
I and the World can tell we love ya and that may help very little as the things that bother us most are deep inside. Being a high profile makes it hard to talk when you are have a bad day or bad month, I can only tell you from my experience after losing my 28 yr old brother in a car accident and then 3 months later losing my brother-inlaw that was fighting cancer for 12 years that left my wife and two kids and his two kids and he wife in a treble state. I then had my own self in a car accident a week ago two red light away from where my brother died. I was spared. and I can only tell you that if it was not for my kids and wife I probably would feel the state that you are in but instead I called on God to grant me the strength to carry on when I knew I could not do it on my own. Hey I am no movie star but we bleed the same and even though the problems may be from different origins they still result in the pain so when you can’t do yourself call on Him as I find it’s the only way when I am weak. Hey we are praying for you and I know you will stand strong as He has the will for you if you just ask. Take care
