Is Orlando Turning Himself in to Police?

“Extra” spotted Orlando Bloom trying to go incognito yesterday as he arrived at a Beverly Hills police station.

So is the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star turning himself in to cops?

Last week, Orlando collided with a parked car in Hollywood after a paparazzo allegedly cut him off. The crash left his female companion with a fractured neck.

But Orlando has not been charged with any crime, and he just went to the police to talk about the crash.

Today “Extra” has learned that the case has been turned over to the Los Angeles District Attorney, but there’s still no word if he will face charges.

It has been officially announced that there will be no charges pressed against Orlando Bloom - the D.A.’s office found insufficient evidence that he was truly leaving the scene of the accident and further there was no evidence of drugs or alcohol being involved or a contributing factor.

Frankly, TMZ has it out for Orlando and has been that way for ages. They just thought they found a way to drag him through the mud and humiliate him for the public. Thankfully - Orlando handled himself respectably and the issue is now done.

I think that with the cameras in his face, and the crash he was disoriented, and that he was not trying to leave the scene..I think the paparazzi should face charges, not Orlando.
Leave him alone.

I don’t think Orlando was trying to do a hit-and-run. Instead…it looks like he was trying to get away from the papparrazzi and back to his injuried friends.

Why isn’t it illegal yet for those papparazzi to stalk people?!?!? Can you imagine having that in your face all the time? Enough with this chaos surrounding those “celebrities”. Just because they are famous should not mean that it is open season on hunting and stalking them. They are just people.

Can we at least champion him for not being drunk or high or throwing up on the officers that helped that night. In the face of all the DWI charges these celebrities have gotten in the last few years, maybe this should be pointed out.
