Meredith Vieira Won't Read Rosie's Book

Meredith Vieira made her return to “The View” this morning for the first time since leaving the “Today” show, where she revealed to “Extra” she has no plans to read Rosie O’Donnell’s red-hot tell-all book.

“I don’t know that I’d want to read it,” she admitted. “It would probably be hard for me to read, particularly the chapters about this show. But I wish Rosie well.”

Rosie has some choice words for the all-women gab-fest in “Celebrity Detox.” Among other things, she writes that she felt like “an outsider” during her time as moderator on the show.

Rosie is a vocal person and there is nothing wrong with that. Since when do we try to silence those that want their message heard? Maybe that’s why our society is so f*’d up!

So, open your minds people and realize that some aren’t like you and your friends…there’s other people out there.

Most of all, read Rosie’s book because I am sure it could enlighten you to see that our world isn’t as perfect as your may perceive it.

I would never read a book by Rosie. The only reason I watched the View is because I enjoyed some of the girls on it. But she made it painful to watch because if you didn’t agree with her policies she was plain nasty. It’s okay to agree to disagree but Heaven forbid should you disagree with her. She ruined the Show. I don’t watch it anymore.

I think Rosie has some serious mental illness issues. First she makes a fool of herself on tv, then she writes a book telling us to feel sorry for her because she’s had a hard life! As if that automatically excuses her nastiness. I can’t feel sorry for someone who bullies people into agreeing with her. In reality, they pretend to agree, just for the sake of peace and to get her off their back! You just can’t deal with the woman, because she is right about everything! I mean, if Rosie declares that the sky is purple and someone has the audacity to disagree with her, all of a sudden they are pummelled with a barage of insults! “Why you right-wing, homophobic, planet hating, Bush-loving, Trump-supporting, fat hating, intolerant, misinformed, fundamental Christian terrorist!” That pretty much sums her up in a sentence. Such a sad, sad train wreck of a life she has made for herself.

I just love all these people who can comment on a book they haven’t even read.. The book is good.. It tells alot about Rosie. How she feels and How much she really cares for Barbara.. She was hurt when BW di not really stand up for her.. Just like Elizabeth didn’t..

What insipid postings.. Meredith can read whatever she chooses, and Rosie can write whatever she chooses.. why do we feel the need to comment on it?

Rosie has lots and lots of issues!!

She is a VERY bitter woman who thinks anyone who disagrees with her is stupid and she treats them as such. She needs some SERIOUS counseling

Barbara Walters made a huge mistake not defending Rosie when Donald Trump was attacking her. Meredith can report on the war and horrific news, and yet she might find it diffucult to read Rosies book. How absurd.

Rosie just tells it like it is. She is the real deal. Most celebrities live in a fake world, and don’t want to be told the truth. I love that Rosie tells how things really are, warts and all. Love her on all levels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

meridith acts as if she is better than everyone else. She is fake and probably doesn’t want to read Rosie’s book because it will represent REALITY-which she is not into!

Good For Meredith. Who cares if Rosie felt like an outsider. She made herself that way. I am glad Whoopi is the moderator. I may not agree with her on everything but at least she doesn’t yell at you for it.

Meridith was a snotty, arrogant detriment to The View—she treated guests badly, went out of her way to be rude to many. Rosie was the best thing that ever happened to The View—too bad they couldn’t make her happy.

It is funny I put me thoughts on this, and the administrator has kept it to be assessed before publishing it!

When did this nonsense start?

Is this a dictatorship by Barbara Walters?

I won’t even read Rosie’s book, she needs to get out of the entertainment business, she no long is an entertainer. She is a bored and depressed woman….
