Judge Warns Brit: 'Endanger the Kids and You Won't See Them'

The judge in Britney Spears' custody case issued strict orders for the troubled starlet.

Judge Scott Gordon writes that Britney must pay for a monitor to supervise her visits with her two children. If Britney does anything to endanger Sean Preston and Jayden James, the deal is off and her visitation rights will be stripped immediately.

She must also complete three joint counseling sessions with Kevin Federline by their Oct. 26 court date, as well as three individual counseling sessions. Britney has been ordered to appear in court that day.

In addition, Gordon specifies that “a missed drug test…is a failed test,” making it clear that Britney cannot skip her mandated random drug and alcohol testing.

Meanwhile there is a bit of good news for Britney. Her long-awaited “Gimme More” video will reportedly debut Monday on MTV.

I THINK EVERYONE SHOULD BACK OF BRITNEY, SHES HAD A ROUGH TIME WITH HER MARRIAGE TO ROMEO FEDERLINE, REMEMBER THE DAYS WHEN HE WAS OUT IN ALL PARTS OF THE US..CLUBBING WHILE SHE WAS HOME. HE MADE OUT LIKE A BANDIT AND THEN REVERSED ALL THE BAD ON HER WHEN SHE WAS DOWN. AFTER ALL THE MONEY GIFTS CLOTHES JEWELRY SHE GAVE HIM AND CARS TO SPORT AROUND IN HE WAS A CREEP TOWARDS HER. SHE WAS THE ONE HOME WITH THE KIDS AND THE MOUSE WAS OUT PLAYING. AFTER ALL SHE WENT THROUGH IM SURE SHE WAS VERY DOWN AND DEPRESSED ABOUT THAT PART OF HER LIFE. BUT WHEN HE LEFT HE TURNED IT ALL ON HER EVERYONE FORGETS THAT HE WAS THE PIG..HE GETS PAID VERY NICE FROM HER..SHE KICKS HERSELF IN THE HEAD. BUT EVERY DOG HAS THEIR DAY AND I HAVE FAITH THAT SHE WILL SHOW HIM NOT TO FORGET WHERE HE CAME FROM. SHE WILL COMEBACK BIGGER THAN EVER AND FORGET THAT LOSER,SHE GOT BEAUTIFUL BOYS FROM HIM THATS ABOUT IT. people need to stop feeling sorry for her. she knows what she is doing. postpardem depression is no joke but when you care you will get help. its not easy to do but you do it for your kids. i will say this… she has a sucky way of coping. the kids need to be with responsible people who can be good examples and actually raise the kids to be upstanding adults. not like their mother and pops who thrive on drama and negative attention. they need to be in a positive atmosphere. it will help them grow. i will pray for the children NOT to turn out like their parents but to be successful in whatever they do.

its soo funny i mean kfed has the kids. It wont last long before he looses them himself come on the kids should go to someone that can take good care of them. Like angelina jolie and brad pitt… they always want to adopt kids… It would be a good idea right??? lol

A lot of people are having a hard time seeing whats going on with Brit lately, and almost everyone has an opinion and their own diagnosis of what her problem is. Postpartum depression?, why is does everyone insist upon feeling sorry for her and explaining away her bad behavior.

This is a case of Southern Comfort, She’s comfortable being trash and she’s obviously tired of the act she was putting on before the real Brit surfaced, face it people, this is the true Britney you are all watching, i’m sick of hearing about her private life, personal business, custody battle. These are her problems, This is her lack of care and concern, we are witnessing. This is Britney. Get over it. Stop explaining away peoples problems by projecting your own.

Britney should live somewhere else. She is not an Actress She is a Singer. She is going Downhill in LA. Did Madonnna Live in Hollywood ? Anyway Madonna had it together more wihout being influnced by Hollywood. Britney needs a long vacation? Doesn’t She have an Agent? Did Elvis live in LA, the Beetles or Dolly Pardon live in LA ?? Anyway if She took a long Break perhaps it would help her Get the Kids back and be a better Mom as well. Good Luck to Her.

Brittany Spears is suffering from post partum depression melt down. Yes, it can happen long after the birth of a child if left untreated and/or improperly treated. This phenomenon can alter ones personality causing them to do things they wouldn’t ordinarily do, like party all night long, even when the well being of ones children are at stake, or shave their hair off.
People are quick to put down, to JUDGE. Betcha if this young mom was suffering from Cancer-a physical illness she would be getting the help she needs right now and not being ridiculed. Brittany needs HELP NOW and must be committed.
I know what I’m talking about. I lived it.

I’m sure there are other mothers out there that just don’t have it all together, so why all the focus on Brit? Don’t you tab people have a life. Brit is young and and nieve just like many other young girls in her age range. The problems she’s having that should be between Brit the kids father and legal authorities and not the world. How about focus on some other real issues? Give the girl some space. I’d be contemplating drinking to if folks where in face eveyday all day with those damn cameras! I you people don’t stop your’e going to have another Diana incident.
