John Schneider Has His Own 'Nip/Tuck' Confession

"Nip/Tuck" guest star John Schneider has confessed his own medical secret - he's gone under the knife!

He tells "Extra," "I went the liposuction route a couple years ago. I did a thousand sit-ups and nothing was happening.”

He went on to say, “The result was great! It hurt like hell!”
