Heartbreak for Victim of Nick Hogan Crash

“Extra” has learned some devastating news about the young man critically injured in Nick Hogan’s car crash.

John Graziano is comatose and will likely require care for the rest of his life, according to court documents.

The young Marine was just back from Iraq when he and Nick, son of wrestling star Hulk Hogan, climbed into Nick’s Toyota Supra on Aug. 26 and wrapped the vehicle around a tree.

Police said speed was a factor in the Florida crash. John was not wearing a seatbelt. Nick, 17, was wearing his and escaped with minor injuries.

Now, John’s mother, Debra Graziano, is legally petitioning a Florida court to permit her to assume guardianship of her 22-year-old son. She is separated from John’s father, Edward.

Those court papers include the heartbreaking diagnosis that John can only open and shut his eyes and that he is on life support.

Police are continuing to investigate the accident. No charges have been filed.

Come on people, where is our compassion for ALL HUMAN BEINGS? We most definitely need to feel sorry for the victim and his family but we need to put ourselves in Nick’s place too. This could be our son that was the driver. We would not love him any less. He DID NOT PUPOSELY DO THIS TO HIS FRIEND! He must be sick inside. Maybe, just maybe if John had been wearing his seatbelt, he too could have walked away.!! I PRAY FOR BOTH FAMILIES!!

Sickening..that is all I can say. Does the Hogan Family think they are above the law? Nick should be in jail. Period. End of story.

Hogan will spread some serious cash to get the video of the race to…disappear!

I CAN PERSONNALY SAY I KNOW WHAT THIS FAMILY IS GOING THROUGH.. MY AUNT (WHO WAS A YEAR YOUNGER THAN ME) WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT IN 1987 AND WAS IN THE SAME STATE AS THIS YOUNG MAN (SHE WAS 23) SHE LIVED IN THIS STATE FOR 19 YEARS. SHE DIED ON COMPLICATIONS WITH PNEUMONIA LAST NOVEMBER. MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS GO OUT TO THIS FAMILY… IT WILL BE ALONG HARD ROAD..
