Exclusive: K-Fed's Attorney Says Brit Will Get Visitation Rights Back

One day after a judge stripped Britney Spears of visitation rights, Kevin Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan is telling “Extra” that she’ll see the kids again soon.

Brit’s visitation “will be reinstated fairly soon, probably by the next scheduled date,” which is Oct. 26.

On that date, Kaplan said he expects to hear from various court-appointed experts who have evaluated the custody situation and made observations on the quality of parenting.

The judge “may or may not make new orders,” Kaplan said.

He added that for Kevin, “It’s frustrating the time it takes to move forward…there’s an evaluation in place, and those take a long time. They take four to six months.”

Both Britney and Kevin want their custody battle “to be done as soon as possible,” Kaplan said.

Kaplan also insisted that contrary to reports, Kevin does want Britney to be with the kids.

“He wants Mom to be involved in their lives,” he said. “He wants the kids to be structured, to be in a structured environment, regardless of the home that they’re in. That’s why he brought the action that he did.”

This attorney talking crap, in court he will be uttering another crap, just like he did months earlier whereby he said it’s all money and not the kids… Kfred never want the kids either, only care for what he will be getting for the childcare and custody support and ensure Britney paid for his attorney fees! What kind of a judge listens to someone like that and make rash decisions! Are they all waiting for Britney to drive over the cliff to stop playing with her emotions?? Britney spent 2-3 yrs with her kids, there were no issues and no fight over the kids, why now? Cos’ the money running out for Kfred in Nov? Britney is equally jobless now. Why is she paying childcare support since it’s a 50/50 share? If she gets full custody of the kids and move out of LA for sometime, this will definitely help her.

Kids need to be in the one common home, common nannies engaged, best choice will be Brit’s parent home, whereby there is a stable environment and visitation rights given to both parents, they can choose to stay overnight (50% time for each party). Both need to go for drug test prior to visiting their kids. If they need to bring the kids out, it must be done with a nanny and security guards. If they violates, visitation will be suspended for 2 wks etc..Kfed also put the kids at risk by basically given the task of ferrying the kids to a security guard who can easily kidnap the kids and demand ransom from Britney. Britney took great courage to ferry her kids with so many papz surrounding her daily (at least basically most of papz are quite nice to her, maybe her fans), she is also putting them at risk but her actions are really admirable and it really shows her love for them! Childcare support should be paid by both parties to the grandparents, nannies etc instead, given the fact that both should also concentrate on their career as they are still young. In this way, there will be no fight over money matters as Kfed already received from Britney for what he had deserved. Custody should be maintain at 50/50 permanently for another 5-10years, no more court hearings to stress both parties.

This Kfed can’t even take care of this first ex-wife kids, how could he managed with Britney’s kids, not to mention the time? Basically, he doesn’t want the kids, only want the $$$. This attorney uttering rubbish and he knows it! A judge is supposed to be fair in the judgment for both parties as both have drugs issues, why is Britney penalized by listening to a witness that was sacked and go public for personal gains? Now he is also listening to an attorney whose “mouth is so big” to tell the whole world about the case. Why are lawyers allow to openly discuss their client situation? Getting recognition for themselves?

You know what, can anyone be objective? Bottomline is this, whether you like Kevin or not, Britney needs to clean up her act! Keven has not been the one that is constantly placing himself in insane, questionably, and frankly unsafe positions. With that said, his parenting skills are not called in question. If they were, Britney has a lot of money and a lot of legal power at their disposal that could’ve dug up ammunition. So let’s be adult about our disgust.

And like that Kevin Federline deserves
those kids any more than Brittney. And
why has Kevin not had to go do any type
of Court ordered drug testing like Brittney. Surely the judge dont think that Kevin has much better DRUGS and COCAINE than Brittney. HEllO, “Drug-Testing” on both parents should be
done, since BOTH parents have a history
of drug-abuse. After all, its suppose
to be about the TOTAL safty of those children WHEN they are in the care of BOTH parents.
