Court Papers Reveal Details of Britney's Custody Victory

"Extra" has obtained the minute order from Britney Spears' court battle yesterday, where the judge granted her overnight visitation with Sean Preston and Jayden James.

In the documents, Judge Scott Gordon writes that he does not see the "emergency" in the court hearing. Britney's lawyers had requested an emergency hearing to discuss allowing Britney more time with the boys. Brit's lawyer argued that it was crucial the boys spend time with their mother.

If britney spears wants thwe kids back, he’s a better offer. In additional to the drug test and the supervised visits, about bout she quit smoking? She smoked around the kids, even in the car. the smoke is hurting them. Britney need to quit smoking now, if she has a better chances of getting here kids back.

It amazes me the attention the Media has given Britney. TMZ & Perezhilton are obsessed with Britney. Alot of TV entertainment shows are now quoting both Blogg sites. Which most of the time it’s a twisted version of the truth.I think it would be nice to have be BRITNEY free for a month.

i think its a possibility that britney may have a mild case of munchausens proxy. she is out for the attention thjat she gets regarding her kids, but the difference is shes not hurting her kids to get the attention
