Judge Releases Minute Order from Britney's Hearing
“Extra” has just obtained the minute order from Friday’s hearing in Britney and K-Fed’s custody battle.
In the papers, a judge shoots down Kevin’s request that Britney’s deposition be videotaped. The judge ruled that a leak of such a video could be damaging to Britney.
Friday’s hearing lasted several hours but gave no result. A decision is expected today or tomorrow.
