She has had multiple opportunities to get them back, ie. missed court appearances, publically trashing the judge. Wandering into court snapping gum while dressed in ‘hooker of the month’ costume, showing up 90 minutes late,knowiingly with the paps in tow, avoiding the ‘private entrance’ etc Her mental disorder is clearly that of a narcissist, ie. me, me me, me and more of me. She can’t even tolerate the attention her children recieved when she is out and about with them. She had a fit, literally, when her sister’s pregnancy became public knowledge…remember she said, “you wont be the only Spears on front pages”. Or something to that effect. . So no, she should NOT have her kids,since no one can predict just how much she REALLY doesn’t want them. For a change the court got it right,they usually do not. They usually operate under the misguided notion that only the mother can raise a child,clearly incorrect in this case. In my judgement Brit Brit will not intentionally kill herself she’s too selfish. Please note, I said intentionally,that doesn’t exclude accidental overdose or driving off the road,or off one of the Hollywood cliffs but intentionally, I doubt it. Did you happen to notice that the last episode was almost all focused on Brit Brit. She used the kids to get everyones attention and the it Btit, and Birt and more Brit. My solution….a good spanking followed by a long period of everyone simply ingoring her child- behavior.

How can anyone live any type of life with that type of constant scrutiny. I hope she learns how to cope with the constant scrutiny and regain control of her life.

She didn’t listen. I do think Kfed wants her money of course. But he is more stable than she is right now. I think those kids should have gon to Brittany’s mom. She truly cares for them, with or w/out the money. Someone needs to watch out for those kids and I’m glad the judge made the right decision
