Britney walked into a downtown Los Angeles courthouse today at 1:35 p.m. wearing blue jeans, a black satin top and sunglasses. She appeared nervous and her bare arms were red and a bit blotchy.

Before being sworn in, she handed the coke she was holding to her assistant.

The judge then wondered why she was wearing dark sunglasses inside the courtroom, and her lawyer said it was due to a "medical condition."

Sources tell "Extra" that Britney has pink eye, and that the entire family has it as well.
