The Kids Will Stay with K-Fed -- For Now
Britney won't be allowed overnight visitation just yet.
L.A. Superior Court judge Scott Gordon was unable to make a ruling this morning and sent attorneys for both sides home. They’ve been ordered to meet again and arrive in court for a later date.
Kevin will continue to have full custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James until their next court hearing on Oct. 26. Britney is still allowed visitation, but she must be supervised. Her lawyer argued this morning that Britney wanted her mother Lynne to be the court-ordered supervisor, but Kevin’s attorneys vehemently opposed it.

She really does need to try very hard to gain as much rights BACK with her little cuttie’s. After all she been through this year along, would have already put me six feet under. I sure do wish her the best that “luck” can offer.
