Britney Spears never showed up for her scheduled rehearsals and auditions at the Millennium Dance Studio in Hollywood because she called in sick with the stomach flu.
But "Extra" spotted the pop star everywhere from Starbucks to the gas station that day – looking just fine! In fact, we found her sitting in her car reading a book – “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe,” to be exact.
On Saturday, Britney actually convinced one member of the paparazzi to grab her a CD from a music store in Hollywood.
The only catch? She apparently asked for Timbaland – and he brought her Justin Timberlake!
Meanwhile, Millennium owner Robert Baker invited only “Extra” behind the scenes of the studio Britney has booked to train dancers for a possible upcoming tour.
Britney works “pretty much like nine to five everyday,” said Baker. “Eight hours a day, which is reminiscent of her old days when she was gearing up for her other tours.”
In fact, Britney would let little Sean Preston and Jayden James watch the performers shake it on the dance floor.
“She would bring her children in for rehearsals,” said Baker. “She has been here while the baby has been sleeping on her while she is watching and directing the choreographers.”
