Brad Pitt says he knows his pick for president – George Clooney!

Brad tells Parade magazine that his “Ocean’s 13” co-star could run the nation.

“I never thought about it,” Brad said about running for office. “I have no desire at this point. Maybe I serve better by not going through that door. George should do it! He’d be quite good. I think Ben Affleck should run.”

Regarding Cristi’s response to my comment that George should run for President, yes, I realize that Brad was joking.(when do Clooney and Pitt not riff on one another?) I do respect your opinion very much and your absolute right to say it. However,I am not sure what you meant by that comment that you believe that the statement came from a Conservative Republican, but I am proud to be a Republican but I am also proud to be a huge George Clooney, Brad Pitt and Matt Damon fan as well, regardless of their political beliefs.

and your picks for vice president are based on what? I think this is the dumbest thing you all have run yet. Pitt was obviously joking and i can’t believe some, actually i can believe this coming from a conservative REPUBLICAN. Matt Damon. Ben Affleck? wth? Is it because they “seem” to be straight laced caucs, Ya think you’d have had enough of the whole idiot without a clue running the free world game we’re playing here.

Give me a break. These boneheads don’t know anything about Politics. They just love to tell us who to vote for. Since when do they know more about politics then the rest of us everyday americans. They would rather help other countries then their own. What a joke. They also care what others think of us to . I will tell you one thing if it weren’t for America these other countries who know have nothing. I am not an isolationist but give me a break. Quit bad mouthing my country.

I totally agree with Brad that George should run for President!(and I am a conservative Republican saying this!!) Either Brad or Matt Damon should run for Vice-President!!
