New Hasselhoff Divorce Shocker

“Extra” has obtained new court papers in which David Hasselhoff accuses ex-wife Pamela Bach of violating a restraining order against him – by breaking into his rental house and hiding in his closet!

But for now the warring couple has called a truce on at least one thing.

Bach has agreed to move out of their San Fernando Valley home and let Hasselhoff live with their two daughters.

This is the latest move from the exes, who are currently locked in a bitter divorce battle.

The agreement comes just days after Bach asked the judge to delay a trial concerning a request for financial support from Hasselhoff, explaining that her lawyers needed more time to review Hasselhoff’s financial documents.

But a judge said he couldn’t permit a delay unless she packed up and left the home so that Hasselhoff could move back in with their daughters, according to the Associated Press.

Hasselhoff has sole legal and primary physical custody of the girls.

You guys are printing LAST YEARS NEWS. There are absolutely NO violations of the restraining order. YOU GOT IT WRONG! If DH has custody then why are the girls with Pamela FULL TIME for a month while he is off galavanting…??? Hmmm? Guess he’s NOT TOO CONCERNED about Pamela’s parenting. He only did it so he didn’t have to pay support. You need to get both sides of the story…DH’S people are masters of spin…that’s what they get paid for.

The ball’s in DH’s court on this one folks.
If I was DH, I’d be disgusted with my lame-o ex-wife’s dumb actions, too.
The whole divorce thing’s lame-o, and for it to keep dragging on and on forever is totally insane.
I wouldn’t want to settle down with anyone anytime soon after the whole crap is officially over if I was DH, either.
I’m not touching this one with a hundred-foot driveshaft, and I’ll let DH handle this one on his own; it’s completely out of my hands, and for my own sanity, I’m staying the crap out of the whole mess.
“America’s Got Talent” was more interesting than this crap.

Screw PB, already!
I hope this divorce crap ends soon; I’ve no patience for it right now.
I’d rather see this mess end permanently than have it drag on and on forever.
P.S.-I hope DH and his kids will enjoy being in their home in Encino again, but I suggest he sell the home soon, for I’m sure that it will bring forth not-so-great memories for him.
I’m not sure why PB is asking for spousal and child support when DH has custody of their kids, which just doesn’t make sense.
