More media nonsense and fitness “gurus” wanting to stand out trying to claim something new and cutting edge for something thats been around forever. I hate these “trends” Just lift, do kbs weights whatever youll get trim fit and strong whatever. Quit the marketing,and turning everything into an attention getting device. Ahh the downside of the internet.
