Judge Declares Brit Has 'Habitual Use of Controlled Substances and Alcohol'

A judge ruled today that Britney and K-Fed’s current 50/50 custody agreement will stay – for now.

Britney, however, was ordered to undergo testing for drugs and alcohol twice a week to be conducted on random days and times. The papers state, “Based on Evidence presented, the Court finds that there is a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by the Petitioner (Britney).”

The documents also imply the bitterness in the custody battle. They order that “Each party is restrained from making derogatory remarks about the other party and the other party's family or significant other..."

The judge also ruled that Britney meet with a parenting coach for a minimum of eight hours per week, for which she must pay for. Both Brit and K-Fed must take co-parenting counseling, such as this Parenting Without Conflict class.

Kevin and the pop princess have shared custody of their two boys, Jayden James and Sean Preston, for some time. K-Fed now reportedly wants to change it to 70/30 in his favor.

I can’t believe these poeple in Hollywood that they can get away with anything. We can’t even get away with the same crime 2nd offense now days jail or prison sentence. They can get away with more then 4 times (Lohan, Spears, Hilton, and etc) Now who is O.J going to get if Mr.Cochran (rest his soul) is no longer here? The strange thing; this is a drug test for use (it can determine amount and frequency of use). There is no such alcohol test. She only needs to be drug free. If she tests drug free, then the “evidence” the judge used as credible will be thrown out - and Kevin will be on the ropes.

I belive this is a GOOD RULING by the judge, however Britney will HATE IT.

In fact, I would not be surprised if she refuses some of the judge’s orders and get into more trouble. I really hope she follows through with what she is required to do.

Britney partying again last night was not smart.

It wont be very long before he’s up and making HIS first BIG mistake with those little kids in one way or another too. And when he does, he will be “judged’ and pushed to the “dog-pound” just like “Brittney”. Oh well, by THAT time, he’ll being wishing he had’nt “shot” the cow that, (at one time) “milked” him. Poor kids…they gonna grow up singing “Janie got a gun” and daddy cant get none.

Isn’t ot funny, when Kevin Fed has children with Brit, he goes to courts to get win custody! And even goes the length to prove her inability to be a good mother.

Isn’t this being a bit too hypocritical and judgemental of Brit, after all she is going through a lot after 2 kids!
