A troubling new report says Owen Wilson may not be out of the woods following his tragic suicide attempt.

In Touch Weekly reports that Owen has not checked into rehab and claims he has no plans to go.

The decision reportedly went against the advice of those closest to him.

Instead, the magazine claims Owen hired a "sober companion" to stay with him day by day.

The cost? A whopping $750 per day.

The magazine also claims Owen has had two stints in rehab in the past.
