Is Denise Richards' divorce and custody battle with Charlie Sheen getting to her?

New York Daily News columnist Ben Widdicombe is telling "Extra" that Denise suddenly pulled out of a scheduled appearance in New York.

"We hear Denise Richards was scheduled to appear at the opening of the new Manhattan Volvo show room," he said. "But a source says she backed out due to stress of her custody case with Charlie Sheen."

However, Widdicombe added that Denise's people claim they didn't know anything about the event.

Charlie sheen is a prostitute-chasing jerk. Did you hear those abusive messages that he left her wishing death to her sick mom and using racial slurs? Why is everyone picking on Denise? So what she has her kids on a reality show. How is she exploiting them? You hardly ever even see them. I don’t get it.

Denise is NOT pathetic! She is looking out for the best interest of her daughters. Obviously a Judge had previously granted her permission to pick the person she felt most comfortable with to be with her daughters when she was not present. If her daughters are not comfortable being with their father, then there’s something more to the story. As far as the deal with Denise & Richie- GET OVER IT!!

It is really ridiculous that Denise is legally allowed to stalk Charlie and Brooke. She is controlling his (their) every move using the legal system to allow her to select daycare providers & babysitters for Charlie. Since when did controlling someone else’s life become legal? That is merely what this amounts to.

Denise IS SOOOOOOOOOOO PATHETIC,she NEEDS some serious mental help and she obviously can’t be a true friend to anybody I don’t care if Richie and Heather were separated you don’t go out with your friends husband or ex boyfriends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
