Britney Goes Partying Hours After Court Hearing!

Just hours after a judge called Britney Spears a habitual drug and alcohol user, the troubled pop star was spotted hitting the clubs in Hollywood.

No word if Britney actually consumed alcohol, but the judge has made it clear that Britney must get her act together if she wants to keep the kids.

The judge ruled yesterday that neither Britney nor Kevin “shall consume alcohol, or other non-prescription controlled substances, during or for the 12 hours immediately preceding any period such party is responsible for the health and safety of the minor children.”

That ruling comes mere days after Kevin told “Extra” how he likes to relax: “Man, I kick my feet up, get a little martini and sit out by the pool with my kids.”

Britney must now undergo twice-weekly random testing and work with a parenting coach. In addition, she must also attend joint co-parent counseling with Kevin.

Joann, why are you being so nasty? This is standard procedure when it comes in question custody. Because Britney is acting so crazy “in public”, you can only imagine how much more crazy she acts off camera. What does Kevin have to do with what she’s doing for all to see? Comments like these are some of the reason why she’s in this predicament today. If any one says another thing about he’s only doing this for the money I’ll scream! So, just to prove to people he doesn’t want money, he should continue to let what Britney does affect the kids? Give me a break!

The “judge” should’nt have given either parent ANY type of “custody” rights, at least, til they both went and took a bath in “holy-water”. They BOTH are guilty for “Mental” illness and so far, the “blind” has just been leading the “blind”. Look out father “K”, you just “inherited” enough “parenting-rope” to hang your self.
But just look on the “bright-side” father “K”, you wont have to ACT like a father no more, you’ll just have to actually be one.
