Rumors are burning up the Big Apple today that Alec Baldwin is engaged.
The star, locked in one of Hollywood’s most bitter custody disputes with ex Kim Basinger, is said to be getting married to girlfriend Nicole Seidel.
While there are reports the “30 Rock” star gave Nicole a rock, Alec’s camp told “Extra” today he did not pop the question.
He’s busy shooting his show and focusing on his family.

GOOD WORK, EXTRA!! — My wife works at Cartier in NYC and she told me that Baldwin bought a ring in person (and haggled about the price!) for that girl from another saleswoman at the store. Cool! I loved that I knew before I saw it on your show!

I am devastated by this news (for myself) but am happy for my Alec if it is true and he is happy. I always thought that he was waiting for me to marry again. It is a sad day.
