After another hiatus period, Dayna has returned and the blog is back in action!

Mark is still in Asia performing with Sugar Ray, so Dayna decided to respond to viewer mail about her hair!

Instead of just answering questions on how to get her amazing style, Dayna and "Extra's" hair guru Sean Duncan have done a step-by-step manual just for you!

Hi Dayna, a couple of weeks ago you spoke on a procedure that your husband came up with on surgery on your tummy and your assistant did it as well. I have a friend and myself interested in the procedure. can you tell us about it a bit more. We live in Palm Beach and would like to know what other doctors are doing it? Hey welcome back guys! I missed your blogs.Dayna ask Sean what I can do for my daughter. She will be starting Junior High and she needs a fresh look. She has very thick wavy dirty blonde hair that is cut like a long bob and she hates it. I have flat ironed her hair and she looks good but it takes a long time to get it straight.
