Lindsay Lohan Lucks Out
Lindsay Lohan may have just gotten the break of her life.
New reports say she’ll only face misdemeanor DUI charges, and not felony charges, stemming from her scandalous alleged car chase and arrest in Santa Monica last month.
She also may not be charged for felony cocaine possession.
If she gets off with just misdemeanor charges, she may only face four days in jail.
But Lindsay might not be off the hook yet.
Last week a woman who was allegedly involved in Lindsay’s wild car chase filed suit, claiming that she feared for her life.
Lindsay is completing an extensive rehab treatment in Utah right now, where she’s been reportedly reading self-help books and Alcoholics Anonymous pamphlets.
“Extra” spotted her stepping out of rehab, where her mom Dina paid her a visit, to make a trip to the grocery store with her brother and sister. Last week she also reportedly left the facility to go tanning.

This is just one big joke to her…She knew she would get away with it and she is…If i did this i’d be in jail but money talks and bullshit walks..The Justice system needs to realize that they’re only making it worst for ppl like her just to get a slap on the wrist..If she would have killed someone thats when everyone would have come out of each corner but why wait till it gets that far????
