Kate Hudson tried to hide her face when she was first caught with “Punk’d” star Dax Shepard – but she’s not hiding anymore!

“Extra” spotted the cutie locking lips with Dax at mom Goldie Hawn’s house this weekend in Canada.

When they were first snapped together leaving a Malibu restaurant, the two vehemently denied they were an item, and Kate even tried to hide her face with his shirt.

But now that he’s met Goldie, it looks like things could be getting serious!
