Hogan Family Hires Attorney

The Hogan family has reportedly hired an attorney after son Nick totaled his car in a high-speed crash that left his passenger critically injured.

The family’s new attorney reportedly specializes in criminal defense and DUI cases.

Hulk Hogan’s son Nick, 17, wrapped his Toyota Supra around a tree Sunday night in Florida in a wreck authorities say was caused by “excessive speed.”

While Nick was treated and released from a hospital, his passenger, 22-year-old John Graziano, a Marine, is in critical condition.

Nick pleaded yesterday for family and friends to “pray for his friend.”

No charges have been filed in the crash, but it is still under investigation.

As authorities piece together what happened, new information is emerging about Nick’s high-speed past.

According to Florida’s Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Nick has been cited four times for speeding since getting his license in 2005.

Just weeks ago, he was cited for traveling 82 mph in a construction zone while workers were present, according to Pinellas County, Florida court records. The posted speed limit was reportedly 45 mph.

A court date for that case is scheduled for Sept. 10.

Hogans, This is the old what comes around goes around. You let ur son drink probably before this fatal accident, protecting our children is all parents do. But there is a time where u let it go, he did the crime now he does the time. He is old enough to know better. I am sorry if this is harsh put it is true.

Why the police will not charge Nick Hogan with anything is like spitting in the face of John Graziano.
I guess his frontal lobes being pushed in and the fact this guy will probably never have a quality life anymore does not matter. The only thing that matters is that Nick keeps his license so he can race around that town with his father. Hulk Hogan has been seen and heard encouraging his son to drive this way. He laughes at his sons storys about doing these things on public streets where children are playing. Its no wonder his wife Linda wants out of there relationship.Her husband acts like he wants to hang around with kids while his wife is looking to do things grown people do after raising children. Linda wants to be with a man not a overgrown bully who wants to run around all the time chasing her children and there friends. Hulk Hogan comments about daughter Brooks boyfriend. Hogan- I bet he will want to hang out with me more then you. What a loser and all the time his wife wants her husband to be thinking of things for them to do alone. Leave your kids alone Hogan and grow up.

It is a shame that John Graziano is in critical condition. Will Nick Bollea (Hogan) face any charges for speeding, most likely racing? I highly doubt it. He is the son of Hulk Hogan and will most likely not be charged or face any legal ramifications of his actions. Is he remorseful of what he has done to his friend due to his reckless and irresponsible actions? Maybe, but he is a spoiled rich kid that doesn’t think he needs to adhere to any rules or the law. This is his FOURTH incident where he was speeding. Obviously, he has no respect for the law and should be charged accordingly. Maybe his parents should respond, as well.

I’m hearing the young Iraq Vet, John G could be in a COMA.
Nick Hogan WAS RACING.
HE knows he was RACING.
HULK HOGAN knows he was RACING.
And the Police knows he was RACING.
Wow CLEARWATER Police. What a dilema having to EXPLAIN this one. No EVIDENCE OF RACING THEY SAY. Hmmmm I guess EYEWITNESSES dont count these days when your RICH.!

Celebrity kid who have 4 excessive speeding tickets to his belt.
Who owns the SILVER Viper Nick, wouldn’t you want the police to know who made you have an accident.? It’s not like there so many SILVERS VIPERS in FLORIDA. The average JOE cant afford that kinda car. FLORIDA KEYSTONE COPS.That shouldnt be hard to find out. o look Hulk Hogan has one.hmmm

If the worst thing that this kid is into is fast cars then i don’t think we can criticize his parents for raising him the wrong way. I think considering other kids his age he is pretty responsible. i know speed kills and i am not condoning this, I am just saying he could be into much worse things. he is after all justa 17 year old with a fast car, what 17 year old wouldn’t lead foot it?

I hope this wont be another case of a famous person or their kin getting away from repeated breaking of the law. Why is a person that age driving after they get caught speeding that many times. And how often is he speeding and doesnt get caught? Sounds like a child that needs some proper upbringing.
