David Hasselhoff’s ex Pamela Bach just keeps losing in divorce court.

Bach is being sued by her former lawyer, who charges that the actress owes him nearly $40,000 in unpaid fees!

This comes on the heels of Bach firing her former attorney, losing custody of her two daughters to Hasselhoff, and hearing that her ex does not have to pay nearly $200,000 in divorce fees to her other former lawyer.

This time, her attorney claims he represented Bach for six months, but she never paid him for the services.

Hasselhoff, 55, and Bach, 43, were married in December 1989. He filed for divorce in January 2006.
