Larry Birkhead Accused of 'Tricking Us All' Over Custody Fight with Howard K. Stern

A bombshell new rumor about Anna Nicole and her baby Dannielynn is rocking Larry Birkhead and the magazine with which he had a close relationship.

New reports say Larry and Howard K. Stern, who both claimed to be the baby’s father, struck a hush-hush deal during the custody fight over Dannielynn.

New York Daily News Gatecrasher Ben Widdicombe gave “Extra” the stunning details of the alleged secret deal, saying, “Larry would get to keep the baby in return for splitting the money if she comes into it from Anna Nicole’s late husband Howard Marshall.”

Now, OK! magazine has suddenly dumped Larry as their next cover-boy, saying they have uncovered “shocking and incriminating” information and have a “moral obligation” to little Dannielynn. The magazine was reportedly set to pay Larry $1.7 million for exclusive access to Dannielynn’s first birthday.

The supposed deal between Larry and Howard Stern is the story leaking from an explosive new book called “Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole’s Death,” written by TV journalist Rita Cosby.

OK! Editor Sarah Ivens told “Extra” today, “My biggest fear is that Larry and Howard may have tricked us all.”

But Larry told TMZ.com that the “shocking information” is merely part of a smear campaign against him after Us Weekly put Dannielynn on its cover.

I think that larry is trying to have a normal family with dannelynn and so what if he wants to display her dannelynn is hes child. Britney spears does it everyday! Everybody should be happy nothing ever happen to that baby like what has been happening everyday around that world moms burning there babys dads drowning a newborn come on people all your doing is making it worse if you rellay care about the baby or human kind dont listen to this proaganda, larry is a good father that what matters right? Think of the babys future she be always know of anna nicoles baby anna-porn star always sleeping with everyone and she always know that her daddy fought for her.

Pay a lawyer, go to court, even promise the other guy whatever it took to be with his child. In a time when many fathers simply are not present at all in their children’s lives why is this a controversy?

We ALL know that Stern wanted to hang to that baby for the money and nothing more. Larry on the otherhand had been fighting for paternity rights since he first found out Anna was pregnant. I doubt any legally binding deal was actually struck but I’m sure Stern would have made exactly that kind of suggestion to end the custody battle. The fact was, Stern wasn’t the dad and didn’t stand much of a chance of gaining custody of that baby. OK magazine should be ashamed of themselves and Birkhead should sue them for slander.

Or the man who tried to kick her out of her home the day after he son died and broke into Anna’s home the day after she died- Ford Shelley??

Did Cosby even bother to talk to Howard or Larry or people close to them??

Sounds like a believable book to me!

Whenever you are in the public eye and there is lots of money involved, there will be people that try to: a. get their grubby hands on the money or b. make your life miserable because they are jealous of you. I am tired of hearing bad press from these folks. Maybe that’s why God hasn’t let me win the lottery! He is sparing me from all of that!
