David Hasselhoff Won’t Have to Pay for Ex-Wife’s Divorce Fees

David Hasselhoff’s divorce battle with ex Pamela Bach has just taken an interesting turn.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled today that Hasselhoff will not have to pay nearly $200,000 in attorneys’ fees to Bach’s lawyer.

Debra Opri, the high-powered attorney who represented Bach, argued last week that Bach had given her permission to seek the fees from Hasselhoff.

Opri insisted that Bach told her, “You have to go after Mr. Hasselhoff,” saying that Bach did not have enough money to pay Opri.

But the judge said today that Bach had never consented to that motion.

Opri, who famously represented Larry Birkhead, was Bach’s lawyer when she lost custody of both of her daughters to Hasselhoff on June 15.

Hasselhoff now has sole legal and primary physical custody of their two daughters Taylor, 17, and Hayley, 14.

Cool! DH won’t have to pay Miss Swamp Thing Debra Opri one red cent! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!
That’s the best thing that’s happened to him in court.
I hope she rots in hell for awhile.
In other news, DH’s “This Is the Moment” was intensely great on “America’s Got Talent”, and I’m gllad of that, too.
I’ve run out of patience for DH’s divorce thing(DH himself isn’t to blame), so hopefully the whole crappy mess will be officially over.
