Britney's Former Rehab Center Gets Served

Kevin Federline is heating up the escalating baby battle with Britney Spears.

“Extra” has learned Kevin has filed yet another subpoena in his effort to prove he should get full custody of the kids, this time to Promises Treatment Facility in Malibu!

Promises is the rehab center where Britney stayed for nearly a month, and Kevin wants to get Britney’s rehab records.

This is the fourth subpoena that Kevin’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, has issued. Those closest to Britney, including former assistant Shannon Funk, friend Alli Sims and bodyguard Daimon Shippen, have all been served.

Meanwhile, “Extra” spotted Kevin partying at Tao in Vegas, and Britney – sans wig or extensions – showing off her short, blonde hair in L.A. It’s been six months since her head-shaving meltdown.

Britney needs help and someone better do something before something really tragic happens. I never cared for her but I think there is something wrong with her and I am sick of hearing about it too! How about the press help instead of trying to fling all this dirt on the girl!

Britney Spears needs to prove that she (Britney Spears) has been clean for awile before getting custody of the children. The court should rule in favor of her (Britney’s) X (Kevin) to a point. Full costody should ONLY be temporary.

Britney Spears needs a program that supports 12 STEP PROGRAMS (AA, NA, and CA). Without a “HIGHER POWER”, there is most likely NO recovery. Furthermore, Britney Spears needs to desire a program and NOT be in any denial about her (Britney’s) problems.

First off, I have 3 kids, and my oldest sons Dad who is not the father to my other 2 children tried his darndest to get custody of my oldest, if I coughed wrong he insisted I did something and tried using it against me, the only reason why he wanted to take my son was b/c I come from a wealthy family, and I feel as if Kevin sits and waits for Britt to make her next mistake, but he isn’t perfect either, those who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones, and if Britt was concerned about her kids being taken away from her, I seriously think she would stop going out, but apparently she does nothing wrong and the media makes and twist things into there own conclusion!!! Give the girl a brake, Kev just wants her money and yes she should of never hooked up with him, but you live and learn and go forward!!!! One day he will get what he gave!!!!

thats what she get she should of never messed with him he had a baby and a baby on the way u dont do that i was saying it will come back on her and it did big she need to toghing up now and do right by her children instead of looking and acting like a crack head children first feel me she f up now get over it and take care of your children and learn from her f ups
